wedding party dances down aisle
Jill and Kevin Heinz made a surprise entrance dancing down the aisle at their wedding. In fact, the entire bridal party danced to Chris Brown's "Forever" instead of the usual boring processional. They recorded the whole event, and Heinz posted it YouTube where it currently has nearly 5,000,000 views.
Peterson later said,
"I danced growing up and was a dancer through college, and loved dance as a way to express yourself and share joy. So it was something I always thought about doing."
The couple said that they were surprised at the video's popularity.
It you haven't seen the video, it's worth watching. I only hope that these young people will be as happy with each other in ten or twenty years as they were on that day. The odds are not in their favor as lifelong marriage is a thing of the past.
Nowhere else in our lives do we make "till death do us part" commitments at such a young age . It made sense a century ago when people lived to an average ago of 46, but not today when everything is changing at breakneck speed and we're living into our seventies and beyond.
May we all dance with joy, passion and love today and every day
