It's not everyday you get to hear HLN's resident overreactor Nancy Grace utter the words "Tity Boi": On Tuesday night's episode of Nancy Grace, the legal commentator engaged in a debate over the legalization of marijuana with rapper and pro-pot advocate

There is a viral video where a mother allows her young daughter to smoke a blunt was the catalyst for the epic showdown, with Grace routinely reminding 2 Chainz to "think of the children" in the fight of legalized marijuana.

"I have two beautiful little girls and I'm a great father," the rapper said. "It's about governing your own household. It's about taking care of your own property. It's about having some kind of structure in anything, any drug."

In one of the rare moments where Grace allowed the rapper to get a word in, 2 Chainz added, "I'm not sure if you know, but everybody has the ability to get their hands on pot right now, whether it's legal or not. I just feel like if you legalize this particular drug you could cut out certain things in the criminal justice system as far as the overcrowding of prisons, as far as putting it on our criminal record to prevent us from getting loans, to prevent us from getting homes. Just the whole thing around recreational weed isn't making any sense to me."

Grace then grills 2 Chainz about the benefits legal marijuana would have on society. "We're in a deficit right now, we gotta try to find our ways on getting out," the rapper said. "So I figure if we got half of the states legalizing pot, if the rest of the community legalizes pot that frees up taxpayers' money. That allows us to do something with those extra funds as far as fixing everything from potholes in the street to a stadium, so I'm done with it."

Remarkably, 2 Chainz manages to silence Grace by relaying an incident where police stopped the rapper's tour bus after they smelled marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A miniscule amount of pot residue was found onboard, resulting in the police filing charges against the rapper's security team. The charges that were ultimately dropped, resulting in "a waste of taxpayers' time and money."

Ultimately, the highlight of the interview comes from the show's social media peanut gallery, with one person tweeting "How many marijuanas does it take to overdose? #Pot2Blame," a totally bogus question that HLN still put up on the screen alongside 2 Chainz.

Miss Universe 2012: Miss USA Olivia Culpo Wins

America is once again back on top after Miss USA Olivia Culpo took home the coveted Miss Universe crown 2013 on Wednesday night.


The Boston University sophomore couldn't stop beaming as she was crowned the winner ahead of runner-up - Miss Philippines, Janine Tugonon, 23 - and the third place winner, Miss Venezuela, Irene Sofia Esser Quintero, 21.

"What an honor! This night was a dream come true. Thank you everyone for your   big support tonight!! USA finally did it!"

Culpo, 20, beat out 88 other young women from accross the world to snag the title, making her the first Miss Universe winner from the United States in 15 years, since Miss Hawaii Brook Lee’s win in 1997.

Last year's winner, Leila Lopes, hailed from Angola.


Culpo won the Miss USA crown as Miss Rhode Island back in June, emphasizing music education and breast cancer awareness.


Her answer to Wednesday night's interview portion of the competition was a little more lighthearted, however. When asked whether she had ever done anything she regretted, Culpo had a ready answer.

"I'd like to start off by saying that every experience no matter what it is, good or bad, you'll learn from it. That's just life," she said. "But something I've done I've regretted is probably picking on my siblings growing up, because you appreciate them so much more as you grow older."


The annual competition was broadcast live from the Planet Hollywood hotel and casino in Las Vegas.

Although Anthony's absence raised eyebrows at the BAFTA event, it turns out this wasn’t the first time he was missing in action. The pair had not been seen together since early June, with Lopez traveling to Europe and later to Disneyland with their children, but not Anthony.

Anthony's no-shows fueled rumors of trouble in their marriage, even if Anthony did have reason to be away: he's been busy this summer filming the TNT medical drama HawthoRNe, in which he plays a police detectiveAlso, with Anthony and Lopez, Hollywood observers have long been wary of jumping to conclusions since catching people off-guard has been their hallmark from the very beginning.

They were happily  married in secret in June 2004 at Lopez's Beverly Hills home.

Relativity Media LLC, the privately held movie studio backed by hedge fund Elliott Associates, said Thursday that it will sell DVDs and Blu-ray discs of some of its movies through News Corp.'s Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
The multiyear deal gives Relativity a way to tap into the U.S. home video market and market its self-financed and self-distributed films. It expects to put out about 12 to 15 films per year under the Rogue Pictures and Relativity labels.
Other films that Relativity co-finances with Sony Corp.'s Sony Pictures or Comcast Corp.'s Universal Pictures are sold domestically by those studios' home video divisions. Internationally, Relativity sells distribution rights to partners abroad.
One of the movies to fall into the new deal, a thriller starring Bradley Cooper titled "Limitless," comes out in theaters next week.

Lisa Blount, an Arkansas-born Academy Award-winning producer and actress, was found dead in her Little Rock home Wednesday by her mother. She was 53.
There were no signs of foul play, and Blount appeared to have died on Monday, Pulaski County Coroner Garland Camper told the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. The paper also reports that Blount's husband, actor and director Ray McKinnon, was out of town this week.
Blount was nominated for a Golden Globe for playing Debra Winger's friend, Lynette Pomeroy, in 1982's An Officer and a Gentleman. In 2001, the live-action short film she produced, The Accountant won an Oscar.
Her other acting roles included those in Great Balls of Fire, with Dennis Quaid as Jerry Lee Lewis, and Chrystal, with Billy Bob Thornton.

Slump-tember for ACC

The Atlantic Coast Conference had five teams ranked in the preseason Top 20 for the first time in conference history. The North Carolina Tar Heels dropped out following their 30-24 loss to LSU. Virginia Tech dropped from 10th to 13th following their 33-30 loss to Boise State on Monday

A hangover perhaps for the Hokies, who lost for the second time in six days -- to FCS James Madison, 21-16. The Hokies are the first ranked FBS school to lose to an FCS program since 2007 when Appalachian State won at No. 5 Michigan.

Things only got worse on Saturday for the ACC.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets lost at Kansas (which lost to FCS school North Dakota State last week).

The Florida State Seminoles lost 47-17 at Oklahoma, matching their third-worst loss since joining the ACC in 1991. (Utah State went into Norman and lost by just seven points a week ago.)

The Miami Hurricanes went to Ohio State and trailed by as many as 19 points in a 36-24 defeat. The Hurricanes have now lost eight straight road games against the AP Top two teams.

EarthSky fact-checked the message and found it had no grounding whatsoever:
In fact, in August of 2010 Mars appears as modestly bright star in the western evening sky. Mars was substantially brighter earlier this year, shining most brilliantly when this world came closest to Earth for the year on January 27, 2010.
The Mars moon hoax has been around since at least 2007. If Mars was close enough to look like the moon, experts say water tides would be affected and tracts of land would submerge.

Bross, a 17-year-old coached by Olympic champion Nastia Liukin's father, scored 120.3 points to outdistance Larson by the wide margin of 3.3 for the all-around title.
Bross went through finals without a fall, making her 8 for 8 for the two-day meet and answering one of the few questions left about her: Could she close out a major meet, after letting leads at last year's nationals and worlds slip?

In Buffalo, four people were killed in a shooting early Saturday morning.
The violence occurred outside a City Grill Buffalo restaurant, according to reports. The victims of the Buffalo shooting included a Texas man who was in town to celebrate his one-year wedding anniversary.
Four others were injured at the City Grill in Buffalo.
All victims had just attended a party at City Grill in Buffalo’s business district. The shooting occurred at about 2:30 a.m., according to reports.
Authorities have not released the identities of the victims, which included two men, 26 and 30, and two women, 27 and 32. The wife of the slain Texas man celebrating his anniversary was not among those injured.Authorities reportedly do not know how many shooters were involved. The investigation is ongoing.

Saudi Arabia will test what it is billing as the world's largest clock in the holy city of Mecca during the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, the official news agency reported Tuesday.

The four-faced clock tower will top a massive skyscraper that when completed will be around 1,970 feet (600 meters) tall, the second tallest in the world after Dubai's Burj Khalifa.

The clock will dwarf London's Big Ben, once the largest four-faced clock in the world, with dials more than five times greater in area.

The around 130 foot (40 meter) diameter Saudi clock dials are also bigger than the current world champion at the Cevahir Mall clock in Istanbul, which has a 36 meter face set in the transparent roof of the shopping complex.The complex overlooks Mecca's famed Grand Mosque, which Muslims worldwide face during their five daily prayers and is part of Saudi efforts to develop the city visited by millions of pilgrims every year.

Milwaukee's General Mitchell International remained closed to flights through noon CT today after a deluge of rain left some of the airport's runways under standing water. More than a half foot of rain fell in the Milwaukee area on Thursday, causing widespread flooding throughout the city.

On its website, the airport tied the closure to "flooding on the airfield and roadways leading to the airport," according to Reuters. The airport advised "travelers should contact their airlines before heading to the airport to determine the status of their flights and make alternative arrangements if needed."

AirTran, one of the top carriers in Milwaukee, issued a flexible travel policy this morning for customers affected by floods and disrupted flight schedules.

The carrier says passengers schedule for travel to, from or through Milwaukee today "may change their reservation without penalty as long as travel is completed within five days from the date of the original scheduled departure date, based on space availability, without fees or fare adjustments."

The Associated Press says the airport first "closed around 9:30 p.m. [CT] when floodwaters began covering parts of the runways, airport spokeswoman Pat Rowe said. At one point, flooding also blocked outdoor ticketing and baggage claim areas."

Additionally, AP says "air traffic controllers were evacuated from their tower because of a tornado warning earlier in the evening. They were allowed back about an hour later, and a few planes were allowed to land and take off before flooding forced officials to close the airport, [Rowe] said. The airport remained closed Friday morning."

On the possibility of resuming flights, Milwaukee's FOX 6 TV reports "the airport will remain closed until at least noon [CT] when airport administration will re-evaluate the situation."

The controversial documentary maker ALEX JONES is claiming foul play after a hacker accessed his You Tube account and tried to delete his movies including 'Fall of the Republic' and the 'Obama Deception'.

Jones claims via his radio show and website infowars.com to be on high alert after someone managed to compromise his You Tube account and remove a version of his documentary 'The Obama Deception', which had racked up 6.5 million views on the popular website so far. After being tipped off about the situation Jones managed to access his account and change the password before more of his movies were lost such as the popular 'Fall of the Republic'.

The video in question was getting extremely popular and Jones has appealed to You Tube to find the culprit saying "This was a criminal act, and You Tube needs to investigate, track the IP and find out who did it,"
