Nick Schuyler narrates the harrowing of hell to Oprah 

 



Nick Schuyler, the sole survivor of the tragic boating trip which went horrifically wrong, revealed his harrowing experience of watching three of his closest friends succumbing to death right in front of his eyes in a no-holds-barred emotional interview at the Oprah Winfrey Show last evening.
After his tell-all interview at The Today Show, Nick Schuyler a former personal trainer who had once played football for the University of South Florida revealed to the chat show queen, Oprah how he tried in vain to free a stuck anchor by relentlessly kicking the boat engine which capsized the boat and caused them to plummet into the freezing waters of the Gulf of Mexico amidst the raging storm.
According to Tampabay.com, the Harpo Productions host, Oprah devoted the entire 60 minute episode trying to discern what actually transpired between the four friends during the fateful journey before three of them died. Nick Schuyler along with three of his closest buddies: Marquis Victor Cooper, the NFL football linebacker drafted by Tampa Bay Buccaneers, NFL free agent defensive lineman Corey Smith and former football player of University of South Florida Will Bleakley left Clearwater Pass on February 28 at 6:30 a.m. originally scheduled to return that night but ended up being trapped in the overturned vessel. A huge search party was launched at the wake of their disappearance, however, only Schuyler was found clinging on to the capsized boat for dear life after 43 hours by the rescuers. He narrated how each of the trio became delirious after hypothermia crept in their bones, Cooper being the first one to die followed by smith and then finally Bleakley unable to withstand the torturous chill. When asked by the host if they had indulged in drinking the sole survivor revealed that none of them had touched alcohol that day.
